AnonymousHi,
Where can I find the CPT field names please? Basically I’m also wanting to do the same as in this post https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/field-labels/ – I’m wondering if this is now possible in V2?
This describes what I’m trying to do https://kb.wpbeaverbuilder.com/article/460-connect-custom-fields-toolset-pods-themer but obviously instead of Toolset/PODS CPT field names I want to connect the GD field names.
I’m loving V2 – it’s so much easier to get the layout you want. It would be absolutely amazing if I could connect GD field names using Themer – layout possibilities and styling without too much coding would be limitless.
Many thanks
July 19, 2018 at 12:38 pm #439045The field name is the html var name in he advanced settings, so, for places, for example:
Places – Place Settings – Custom Fields – Field (ex. Price) – Advanced – html variable
give it a try and let us know how it goes.

AnonymousWill do. Do they have gd_ prefix?
It’s OK ignore this!!

AnonymousThanks for that. It’s pulling in the content that is shown by default in Themer ie post content, excerpt etc but not the custom fields. I can’t get it to pull in the custom fields so I’m either doing it wrong, or it can’t. I’m getting very excited at the prospect of this so hopefully I can get it to work. I’ll get in touch with BB in case I’m missing the obvious.

AnonymousIt can pull in any custom field created using ACF, PODS, Metabox etc but I just can’t get it to work. Are the custom fields set up in such a way that it’s not possible with GD? Thanks
Edit – I’ve just had a thought…..

AnonymousI thought I had a brainwave there but no joy. Just to be certain I’m using the correct custom field name/key for example for special offers it’s just special_offers?
July 20, 2018 at 9:29 am #439163special_offers, yes
I will flag this for the developers in case they have a workaround.

AnonymousThat would be very much appreciated. Thank you
July 20, 2018 at 9:34 am #439165To allow the developers to take a closer look, could you please share site URL and WP Admin access?
Also, please share a link to a config page where you are attempting to integrate special_offers, for example.
Any other other documentation about how this is supposed to work would be helpful, too.
Thanks
