Sometimes when adding a listing from the front end – if I copy paste a description or time or another field and then hit Review Listing – I either get a 500 Server Error or a blank Listing Preview page

    Hi,

if you provide a link and admin credentials in a private reply (only staff can read them), we will have a look and try to recreate the problem on your website.

On our demos I am not able to do so.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

I tried as admin and as new user with a massive copy and paste in the description and time field. All worked fine …

Always de-activate all GD addons before de-activating GD core.

Where is your site hosted? You seem to have some caching going on.

    Where are the blank pages?

I cannot figure this one out, I am going to leave this to Paolo.

    Hi,

there should be an error log in the server telling you what error is causing the website to go blank.

Normally it is a PHP fatal error.

Do you have access to your error or debug.log? If not please ask to your hosting provider.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

    Hi,

about copying and pasting from other websites, that could carry over some unwanted formatting or characters. You should always paste in a text file and copy it from there, before pasting the data in your forms. That would remove any unwanted element.

I’ve tried logging in with both Firefox and Chrome and I get this error:

ERROR: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. For help, please see this documentation or try the support forums.

This could be part of the problem, in the error log I see errors about GD Lists, that is not compatible with you theme and another fatal error from the Events Add-on.

Is GeoDirectory activate and v 1.5.6 and all add-ons updted too?

As long as I can’t access he dashboard there isn’t much I can do to help. Can you ask to your server admin why am I getting this error?

    Thanks
