    Hi,

It is the GeoDirectory Plugin causing the issue of the admin dashboard not loading and showing a blank page.

I disabled the GeoDirectory Plugin and now you should be able to access the dashboard.

You can test this yourself once you are in the backend enable GeoDirectory and then using a new browser (with cache/cookies cleared) try to access the admin dashboard.

Deactivate all GeoDirectory dependent add-ons first before deactivating GeoDirectory.

When activating GD, this message comes up:

The plugin generated 3 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.

I have no idea where that comes from. I have never seen that before like that, so I guess that comes from the theme.

The only error I can find is that when you save some settings, rather than re-loading the page, you get a blank page. Just using the back key takes you back to the saved pages then.

Follow the links at the login page:
    https://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_do_I_solve_the_Headers_already_sent_warning_problem.3F

Check your config file or switch to a simple theme to see if the problem is somewhere in the theme.

Any updates? Also, please let me know what to make sure a theme has when installing new theme since you guys don’t have many options.

Have you checked your config file?
The GD plugin should work with any current HTML5 theme.

If still stuck, post your FTP and phpMyadmin details and we will have a look. But pick a theme first you intend to stick with.
Also, with the festive season, things will be a bit slower than usual from our end.

Yes, I checked the wp-config.php file and there are no extra spaces in that either.

Post your FTP and phpMyadmin details and we will have a look, once you picked your theme.
