I want to use GeoDirectory Listings on a custom designed page. This works fine – I’m using Post Grid Pro to display the listings with a custom menu above. On the right hand side I want to display a map, with the listings on the map, but I cannot find a way to relate the listings to the map so that it displays the markers on the map.

When I display the GD Listing Map the map doesn’t even appear. I’ve tried to use non GD Maps but I hit the same problem – how do I tell the map which listings category I want to display.

I’m sure there must be a simple attribute I can apply to the map to display the specific listing category.

Any reason why you are not using the GD Listings page?
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory
Then adding the GD Listings Map widget in the sidebar should do what you want.

Another option is to use shortcodes:
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listing
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-shortcodes/#listings

    Thanks

That’s what I needed. This is the short code I’m using:
    [gd_listing_map width=100% height=400 scrollwheel=false category=”47″]
But the map isn’t displaying properly (see attached)
There are 140 places in Category 47
    Can you help?

    Thanks,
My customer bought the add-on – I’ll login with their details.
