GeoDirectory Setup

    Hi there

    I recently purchased and installed the GeoDirectory plugin – however, I am battling to get it setup.

    I have created a page /directory and have pointed the GD Home page to point to this page – this is working fine. Where do you go to setup the map – is it Places? I did this and nothing shows up on the GD Home page/Directory page?

    Also how do you add listings?

    Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    if you are not using GD as your website home page, it would be better to select your “directory” page as the “Location page” in gd >> permalinks.

    Widgets areas for both the gd home page and location page are: GD Home Top Section, GD Home Content Section, GD Home right sidebar etc.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I was able to place the map on the page.

    I have also created Places categories and Listings – but how do I get this to display on my directory page? Please can you assist as I am battling.
