Geomap in budypress profile

    Hello geo team,
    We’re new at geodirectory and budypress system but we know there is a integration between both plugins. There’s a way to display the geomap in the budypress profile? Not the map with all listings i mean the map for each listing.
    I think that could be something easy to do but unfortunately i need support for that. How can i adept that shotcode:
    [gd_map width=”100%” height=”425px” maptype=”ROADMAP” zoom=”0″ map_type=”auto” post_settings=”1″ marker_cluster=”1″]
    To make works in budypress profile? It is possible?

    GD Shortcodes should work on any page.

    However, you would need to edit the BP templates or use the sidebar to display a GD Map. To edit templates you should contact BP or a developer for help with that.

    Our integration extends to adding tabs to the BP profile to display the listings that the member is the author of.

    Hello Alex,
    thanks for the support.

    I’ve tried use the GD Map as widget on BP Sibebar but it display the whole map with all listings. I tought could be possible insert something adapt that shorcode to check if that BP profile haves a GD Listing and then display the map of that list only.

    So it’s only possible by editing my current theme?
    I don’t mind about paying for a specific support. I don’t know if the GD team provide that kind of personal support.

    Hello,

    That is an interesting idea, but that isn’t a function/feature of the way the GD Maps currently work, showing the listings of a particular author.

    I will take that up as a suggestion for future versions. It seems like a good idea and if other people like it then we will surely consider adding it.
