    I am still not able to get Google Analytics to install. Now it seems they want me to pay or provide billing information. Could this be correct?

    Google analytics is free, that suggest you ended up at the wrong spot at Google.

    Ok… the culprit was “latency” or time to propagate. This afternoon I went in and clicked on re-authorize and presto. My prior wait time…when it was not working was only a few seconds. I guess I should have waited for about ten or so and then clicked on the authorize button. It is working now.. Thank you.
