    hi

we have also this problem. but not on all pages. on my test-page is the plugin and the map working.

    but on customer page not….

at moment i miss follow point:
    – map is not working
    – import dummy-data is not available
    – i miss also the licency field

    Error message:
    Hoppla! Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten.
Google Maps wurde auf dieser Seite nicht richtig geladen. Technische Details dazu entnimmst du der JavaScript-Konsole.

any idea what java is missing or not working?

The api key is often linked to a domain, did you follow these instructions? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/add-google-api-key/

If you post the link to the site i can check what exact error it is showing?

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    yes exactly.
on one page is it working fine and on other page not.
i can not find the main problem. only this message about javascript.
also on the correct one i can add new records, but on the other page i can not add new palces. i check all settings step by step. they are not exactly the same but the diffrent is not important (i mean styl and location usw.).

sorry only the credential, i do not need it. or better i do not know for what i need this login data (and the test is working without too).

    Hi Dunja,

would you mind sharing a link to the website where it is not working with credentials and a screenshot of your “google maps api settings” (the page where you created the key on the google console).

You can set the reply as private so only our staff can read it.

We will take it from there.

    Thanks

    Hi,

I don’t see a screenshot with the Google Maps API settings, we cannot access your google account to see if you created it correctly.

    Thanks

    Hi Paolo

    see attachment.

one more question, we install enfold, there we need also a api-key for the map under contact. is this a problem and could we use the same key?

In the 1st URL the slash at the end of the domain is missing:

    *.yoursite.com/*

    You have:

    *.swissmallhydro.ch*

    it should be

    *.swissmallhydro.ch/*

Please try to correct that, the google maps API shouldn’t be added twice. Once you added it to geoDirectory Enfold shouldn’t need it again.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Login credentials in the other post are not working. Please upload a screenshot of the corrected API settings.

I will never be able to check those unless you provide the screenshots.

    Thanks
