    Have you enabled
    WP Settings > Discussion > Allow people to submit comments on new posts ?

    And in the listing, is the setting “Allow comments” ticked?

    Reviewed and is all enabled to receive comments, but my question is … I must put some code to request the form to perform a review and rating

    Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I’m not getting this. Are you saying that you want the ratings to be added automatically using custom code? If not, could you please elaborate a little bit more about what you’re trying to achieve there. Perhaps you can share some screenshots or a URL link to the page in question?

    I realize that it is a problem of the theme (enfold), because it activates the theme Directory Started and it works, but in ENFOLD, it does not show the form for rating and review…

    Any suggestions, so as not to have to change the theme

    There is a shortcode for that, a GD Shortcode, to show the reviews section, or you can add it to the tabs. Are you using tabs?
