Is there any way to show a TripAdvisor widget for each business that has a listing on my directory?

I had a look on TripAdvisor and can see that it is possible, but couldn’t work out how to get the embed code and add it to the website.. I don’t mind manually doing it for each business, but wanted to check if it was possible.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Emma Johnson,

Thanks for your post. You can insert the Tripadvisor widget into the sidebar of your listing details page. Have you tried that?

You would want to add a custom HTML field and add their snippet into that. WP doesn’t allow scripts in the fields so there are a couple things to do to allow scripts, let us know if you want to go that route.

    Hi Alex,

Great! And if I go down that route, I take it I can add a different TripAdvisor snippet for each listing? I don’t believe the plugin is what I need, as it looks like that displays reviews instead of a generic overview…

Yes please to scripts.. worth a try!!

It would be a field for each listing, and you would add their snippet for each one.

    To enable scripts see
