How do I access the user's add events page?

    I have installed Geodirectory Events, but I still only have the normal add-listing “Add Place” page. I cannot find where a new “Add Events” page might be.

    This document says that it must be enabled in the design -> navigation settings, but there is nothing about events there on my site.
