How to Cancel Stripe Subscription

    Hi!

    As a follow-up to this topic: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/downgrading-a-listing/

    1. Do we now have the ability to cancel the subscriptions from the back-end?
    2. Does the customer have the ability to cancel the subscription from the front-end?
    3. What happens once they pay via Stripe? Do they get an email from Stripe giving them the ability to cancel the subscription?
    4. If #3 is true, do they get monthly emails from Stripe?

    Hi,

    I see that task completed in the payment manager last month, however I’m not 100% sure how the developers pull this off.

    I’ll ask them to update us and will add in documentation asap.

    Actually I just saw this.

    The Link is displayed on the dashboard listing page to cancel the stripe subscription.

    yoursite.com/author/username/?geodir_dashbord=true&stype=gd_place

    Thank you, I see it now. Honestly, I think it would work better under Invoices. Seems more intuitive. I appreciate your support, as always.
