Your languages files were out of date, I updated them as per https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/updating-your-language-files/
I placed the new ones in /wp-content/languages/plugins

You can delete this folders after reviewing the new files:
/wp-content/languages/geodirectory
and
/wp-content/languages/geodir_payments

Also, your files you added to the plugin directories themselves will be deleted with the next update.
That is why you need to keep them in /wp-content/languages/plugins
