    Hi Wally,

We’ve just made some changes to your Website following this guide from Stiofan https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/missing-update-notifications/#post-129196 and you should be able to insert license key inside GD > “Auto Updates / Licensing” to enable the auto update for all GD plugins you’ve installed. Could you please check on your end? Let us know how it goes.

    Thanks!

    Kor Chung, thank you.

I am still unable to update the GEO plugins, am receiving this message : Update Failed: Plugin update failed.

Can you help me with it or update them for me.

Please note – do not change anything in relation to the SEO or anything that may affect the seo on the website.

    Hi Wally,

Please insert the license key for all the plugins from the downloads section of your account. Refer to the attached screenshot http://prntscr.com/b2snbe . Here’s where you can find your license key. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/buying-addons-and-support/

    Thanks!

Hie Guys, thank you I managed to update the plugins, but now my problem is my slideshow is not working and am unable to upload any image into the website, how I do that. I thought it was because of the the plugins that were not up to date, now am confused ? what cause it not upload the images and not loading up gallery in a slideshow manner: see the links:http://www.zimyellowpage.com/listings/rope-twine-manufacturers/tanzi-zimbabwe-pvt-ltd/

    http://www.zimyellowpage.com/listings/engineering-services/brown-engineering/

It is just showing the loading circle beneath BROWN ENGINEERING

    Hi,

there is a jquery error on that page:

Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: a[href*=#]:not([href=#])
    http://www.zimyellowpage.com/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js?ver=1.12.3
    Line 2

Looks like a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all non GD plugins to see if the problem goes away. in case it does, re-activate the plugins one by one till you find the culprit.

Let us know if that helped.

    Thanks,
