Hello to everybody…I need to import a CSV file in my GD website but if I go in GD => Import & Export section I can not expand the menu items (GD Listings: Import CSV, GD Listings: Export CSV, etc.).
    How can I fix it?
    Thanks.

    Hi Vincenzo,

Thanks for your post. Not sure what you mean by this. Could you share your WP admin access here so that I could try to replicate it?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I see the issue. In the import/export settings, clicking on the arrow to show the settings doesn’t do anything.

This is usually caused by interference from another plugin.

Try disabling non-GD plugins to identify the one causing the issue, and be sure to disable WP Fastest Cache too, because that is not compatible with GDV1.

Ok but if I disable WP Fastest Cache I can enable GD Booster? Is this in conflict with GD at the same way?

You should disable cache while you are working on the site.
GDB is compatible with GDV1, yes.

You should try disabling all non-gd plugins to see if the issues goes away. The problem is not caused by the cache plugin.
