Import details from social feature not working

    Hi,
    The “Import details from social” feature is not working on my site since I updated the latest Geodirectory plugins. When I insert the Facebook URL and click “Import details” I get this error (see screenshot attached).
    Any help would be great.

    Please make sure that your FB app API pass the review as discussed here https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/topic/social-importer-for-fb-fb-api-access-issue/

    Wow, there seems to be a lot of confusion with this. Am I right that:
    1) It is just not working at the moment and we have to wait until Facebook resolves this?
    2) There is nothing I can do. I just have to wait?

    Hi Katie,

    Thanks for your reply. As explained in that post,

    What has changed:
    All FB Applications making use of more than ‘public_profile’ and ’email’ must be submitted for review. The FB App settings required for Social Importer make use of additional permissions, and so the FB Apps must be submitted for review. This applies to existing and new apps.

    You’ll have to submit your FB app for review and once you’ve got it approved, you’ll be able to use it. There is nothing you can do while your FB app is in the review process.
