Invite to registration and place modification forms

Hello, I need some informations on GD:
1) I need to add an “Invite to Registration” form on every page and after listing results on results page: is it possible to do?
2) I need to add a “place modification” form on every CPT page, after all informations: is it possible to do?

1. Usually that is done with a menu link, or you can add a text or HTML widget with a link.
2. Usually members use the menu links provided in the navigation: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/searching-and-browsing/

Options are at GD – Design 0 Navigation, and then using the WP Menu system at WP – Appearance – Menua
