License renewal issues

    Hi,

    I purchased a membership package a few days ago but noticed the following;

    On Geodirectory
    forum role: Expired Member
    membership: No Active membership

    On my website
    after putting in my new license key for my membership;

    Theme license; License status is unknown.

    It also wont let me deactivate the old licenses under Geodirectory->Auto Updates/Licensing. Meaning I can’t add the new license keys.

    I’m having a similar problem. I’ve just renewed my subscription but it shows it an expired member, no active membership etc and i can’t download or auto update any of the plugins, thanks.

    the role and membership have been updated but the license status remains “unknown” and my downloads page shows all the add-ons as expired.

    It looks like you are trying to enter a membership licence when you should be entering a specific theme licence…

    Ah got it! License updated and works but besides the geodirectory core plugin all the other add on plugins fail to update.

    Have u added the licences for each addon under GD>Auto updates? Maybe providing wp-admin details will help?

    Thanks for the info, the licence keys were for the other membership you had (you didn’t renew but got a different one) I have blanked the key info so you can add your new ones, then everything should work.

    I am having a similar issue. I recently bought a new license for four months, but I can’t update my GD plugins. When I go to Auto Updates / Licensing, the old license keys are grayed out, but I can’t enter the new keys, and I can’t deactivate the old licenses. My site is globaltwincities.com
