License renewal issues

Hi,

unfortunately we can’t do it remotely, old licenses are saved in your DB as options.

This is what I’d do:

1) go to appearance >> editor

2) select 404.php template of your active theme

3) add this line of code below the

<?php

opening tag and save:

delete_option('geodir_licence_keys');

4) visit a non existing page of your website to call that function. Example: globaltwincities.com/jakjvbsdlvbjsdvb

5) delete the line of code added at point 4) from your 404.php template. (VERY IMPORTANT)

6) go to GeoDirectory >> Auto Update / Licences, all license fields should be empty now. Enter your new licenses.

Let us know if you want us to do this for you, we will need admin credentials in case.
