The lists page (/profile/user/lists) is returning a 502 error. I’m not sure if it’s something I did wrong during setup or a bug. I spoke with my host and they believe it to be a conflict between the List Manager and the Location Manager plugins. Could you please help me investigate?

the UsersWP profile loaded fine, but then I added a resource to a list and now it won’t load. I imagine at some point it will return that error.
Please share FTP so the developers can debug the issue.
In the meantime I would recommend you try a conflict test to see if there might be a plugin conflict causnig this, it is not something I have seen before:

PatrikJuly 1, 2019 at 11:09 am #495636We don’t have lists as a tab in the user profile, so it will be not accessible at URL like /profile/user/lists instead all logged in users can see their lists at /lists page.

I’m a little confused. Right now there is a link on the Profile page for lists. When I click on it a 502 error happens.
Are you saying that link shouldn’t be there currently?
Also, is there a plan to add the Lists tab to the Profile?

Regarding 502 gateway issue, you may get help from the hosting provider about if there is anything which is using more server resources or you can increase the memory limit if it resolves the issue. The error is not only on lists page but on backend and frontend pages as well. If I deactivate location manager then it works fine so maybe location manager requires more server resources or conflicts with other plugins. This can be tested by deactivating all plugins and activate one by one to check which plugin conflicts. Generally, we do this on the staging server so if you have staging server then provide details and we will look into it. Also, don’t use unnecessary plugins and multiple caching plugins as they use more server resources.

Just wanted to give an update that I did a plugin conflict and theme test. I didn’t find any conflicts.
I spoke with our host and they were unable to find any issues on their end.
