    Hi,

    On your demo page I saw this contact form button in the listing. (see my screenshots)
    I would like to integrate that too. I can’t find any instruction how can I do that. Can you help me?

    But I’m still missing this part of the form. (see my screenshot)
    Where can I find a description or explanation.

    In the form there are hidden fields. Edit the form to change all that.
