Hi, I feel like there is a simple fix but I can’t for the life of me work it out.

I have used the GD elementor pro template for the listing detail page, but for some reason it won’t load. It works fine in Details Page – Edit – Preview. However, when opened on an real listing it just shows the attached. Any ideas what could be going on here?

Another thing that could be related is that on the places/categories page, the listing titles no longer have a link behind them?

I have tried re-saving permalinks and re-saving page template settings but no good.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi lizzafizz,

Thanks for your post. That page looks broken and could you share both WP and FTP access here in private reply so that we could check on it?

Looks like you don’t have a post link in the archive item. Try adding GD Post Title or creating a link to the details page.

If you are seeing 404 issues please try re-saving permalinks:

    1. Open the settings at: WordPress – Settings – Permalinks

    2. Choose a different setting for your GeoDirectory permalinks, then save.

    3. On reload, switch back to the setting you had before, and save again.

    4. Check the page to see if the issue persists.

Re-Save the Permalinks by adjusting, saving, then restoring and saving again.

GeoDirectory uses custom permalinks and when changes are made to plugins or settings, in some cases you may need to re-save the permalinks to apply the new patterns to the URLs for your listings.

    Hi Alex,
I’ve done both of the suggestions and tried re-importing the template fresh from the library, but still no luck I’m afraid 🙁 The links still won’t become clickable.

    Hello,

The link is actually working fine, the fav button container is overlapping it as there is no image, i have added a fallback image and the issues is solved.

To add/change the fallback image click the wrench icon when editing the featured image to set a fallback image.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan
