    its the jetpack plugin that add the visibility button to the widgets, i have disabled the plugin but its made no difference at all and the recent reviews widget is still not working

    Hi,

    I’ve tried recreating the problem on my avada demo and I can’t get the widget to stop working. 🙁

    Would you mind if I try disabling all non GD plugins and maybe even switching themes around to see if I can catch the issue on your server?

    im ok with disabling the plugins but I’m not sure about the theme, i will do a back up now just incase first

    Hi,

    I’ve tried anything possible and couldn’t solve, but I’ve noticed you had a database problem with reviews. That could be due to Jetpack, because I just fixed another customer website reviews section and the problem was Jetpack.

    We need to access your database via cpanel or phpmyadmin to fix it.

    Can you please share link and credentials in a private reply? I’m asking to Stiofan to follow up this.

    I can’t find the hosting for that site on that control panel i see 5 db’s but each one requires a password to access, can you help me out here?

    You can add widgets back, Stiofan will have to work on the database only.

    This shoudl be fixed now, there was a small bug in rating review pluing, we will release a fix later today (but your site is patched)
