    Hello,

I seem to have lost all the listings of sub-categories to a main category, eg., HEALTH -> hospitals, doctors, dentists, clinics.
They were showing before but not now.
    thanks.

    Hello,

We can check on your settings, but first let’s take a look at an example.

What’s the URL of a listing that should show up? And on which page should it be listed?

You can make a private reply to share your WP Admin details in case we need to look at the settings.

    Thanks!

There is no need to enter lat and lng, just enter the address and click “Set on map” or drag the map marker. I fixed that draft listing.

This should help you identify the different sidebar sections: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/layout/#directory

Slow sites are usually because your server specifications are not up to the task: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/server-requirements/

    Thanks
