    Hi, I was wondering how we can make the map-bubble links open in a new tab when clicked?

    The question has been asked a few times before, most recently here:

    but none of the previous solutions are working for me.

    Any help would be appreciated, thanks a lot.

    Hello,

    the link to post in the map bubble is the result of the settings for the GD Post Title and GD Post Images used in the map bubble template.

    You can customize that as described here:

    Ok guys thanks, but I’m afraid at my current stage of knowledge customizing the template is over my head! Is there a simpler way to do it? Like, is there anything I can try adding to php using the code snippets plugin?

    There isn’t a snippet for that for V2 because the Map Bubble is actually easier to customize than with V1.

    I’m totally ignorant on editing theme files but had a go anyway. I just didn’t know what to put in there to make it work though; target=’_blank’? Or..?

    But….thank God I’ve just discovered there actually is a V2 snippet for this, posted just last month. I didn’t see it before when searching previous forum entries.
