Maps and compatibility errors

    Hi,
    I installed the following plugin on my wordpress 4.9.1
    1- plugin GeoDirectory (free)
    2- Addon “GeoDirectory Location Manager”

    I have 2 problems :
    1- The map I set doesn’t work –> the map display but the background is grey and nothing happen on the map. There are an infinite loader in the center of the map.

    2- Furthermore, the plugin create a conflict with contact form7. I mean when The plugin geodirectory is activate, contact form7 doesn’t work properly. And when the plugin geodirectory is desactivate my contact form work properly.

    How can I fix theses two problems ?

    Please find attached the pictures that show the problem.

    Likewise, as my attached files show, the picture I set on a place doesn’t display properly.

    1# Check again to make sure you have set the default location, and that you have a working google maps API key https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/category/getting-started/

    2# We will need access to the site to see what the conflict is.

    Please create a private reply to share your site’s login URL along with a WP Admin account that we can use to diagnose the issue. You can also include FTP Access for the site folder, should deeper diagnosis be needed. Only staff can read your private reply.

    Hello Alexandre,

    The map is loading fine now. You have done changes in plugin core file (plugins\geodirectory\geodirectory_template_actions.php) and it causing error in ajax response on the site.
    I have put back that function code and now map is working fine.

    Please do not make changes directly in plugin core files, it may affect plugin original functionality. You should use hooks(filters/actions) to do customization.
