When adding anything more than 3 or 4 items to the submenu (dropdown) I am having trouble with the menu going off the screen both to the right and off the bottom of the screen. I tested in both FireFox and IE.

Not having the problem when using the menu on the home page, just on every other page.

Also not having the problem on mobile, just desktop.

    What theme are you using?
Can you please post the URL where we can see this?
    Thanks

    Hi Matt Goodwin,

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tested your Website on FF and IE11 and I don’t see any issues with it. Could you share some screenshots from your end?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Thank you for the help! I checked it again this morning. The left and right side issue seems to have been fixed when I added css for the menu size. But the issue with the menu going below the visible page remains. If you click on “Play” on the top menu to expand the dropdown it will drop right off the bottom of the page. For the most part that menu dropdown is in alphabetical order just to give you some idea how much is missing.

I attached two screenshots, one is how my screen normally looks, the other is the screen zoomed out which shown more of the menu but still not all of it.

You have a lot of categories; not all GD elements are going to work in all situations. I recommend you consider using fewer categories in that menu.

If you are looking for a different kind of fix, can you say more about it?

Have you considered just adding the most important or popular categories, using the GeoDirectory Endpoints?

ok I just thought that might have been some sort of bug as the menu works fine on the home page and the menu works on all pages when using mobile. Seems its just desktop on any page but home page.

I tried to make it less but I had a few emails asking where the long list went. I will try to find a workaround.

The archive and search pages do not scroll, that is why you cannot scroll to the bottom of your category list on those pages.
Some suggestions: Reduce the font size and padding, and/or nest the menu more.

    Thanks
