    Hello,

I am working on migrating severs and when I do, our map goes missing. We are migrating to Lightning base.

The map works great on our current server: https://wheredoesmyhorsehurt.com/practitioners/
But does not show on our new: https://wdmhh.lightningbasehosted.com/practitioners/

I am running Version 1.5.62 of GeoDirectory.

I’m lost as to what to do, any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Renee,

Please share WP temp admin access to your site so we can take a better look. You can post the details here using the private reply option below.

Do share your details as Kor suggested, and do also check to make sure your Google Maps Key allows the new site. You can inspect the page with the console to see if GMAPS is throwing an API key related error.

    Hello,

I replied giving access. I also checked what you suggested and I’m not getting any errors.

    Thank you so much!

    Hello,

I found two issues on the current site, and could not check the other/new site because the credentials didn’t work there.

1# The GD Permalinks ad several missing pages. I ran the GD Tools – Page Check to restore the pages.

2# The listing page map was a GD Home Page map. I changed that to a listing page map.

Try those on your new site and see if that fixes the issue.

There are errors in the console. There is at least a FB issue there, and errors can cause other errors, so you could look into fixing those, too.

    Hello,

The password for the new site got changed for some reason, I corrected it, and the same login information should work for both sites now, so if you could check the new site, that would be amazing. Our site builder wasn’t certain what you were talking about for number two.

The map was working fine on our old site, it’s just the new one that it isn’t working on:

Thank you again for your help.

    Hello,
it was the same issue and appears to be working.

Please review the following documents regarding #2

Okay, perfect. Thank you so much for everything!!

One more question, why does it keeps losing the images we post with each person? If you do an update to the person then the images all disappear, and we have to re-upload the images.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

It appears there is a problem with the image URL.

    https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads//myimage.jpeg

    should be

    https://mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/myimage.jpeg

    https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#media
