Missing Email Notifications

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    At settings > General > Email Address & at GeoDirectory > General > General > Email address.

    I changed the email address to ron@ronzplace.com (my personal email) and the mail log says the bcc email was sent to ron@discoversma.com

    I did not receive anything in email and nothing in spam.

    Did you tried to changes email at both places?
    At settings > General > Email Address &
    At GeoDirectory > General > General > Email address.

    It is changed to ron@ronzplace.com in both places and went to a listing and “Sent to a friend” using ron@ronzplace.com

    The mail logger says it was send, but I did not receive anything.

    If I have the mail logger active, does that stop the emails from being sent?

    Hi,

    @kiran I just tested the send to friend option myself and I didn’t get the email.

    Is it possible that is that particular option that is causing problems?

    I deactivated it and still didn’t receive. I will deactivate it again now.

    The email logger will not prevent the email from being sent… You can leave it active for the moment.

    Thank you! I tested the New Listing and it worked for a few emails. Then it stopped again. I went to Clouldways and received this message from them.

    WPserver – Transactional Emails Alert
    During an analysis of your server for last 24 hours, the system noted failure in transactional emails.

    I will let you know what they have to say.

    Just FYI, I got my test emails about 12 hours after it was sent…
