Multi-State Regions

    We work with firms who have reps responsible for multiple states. For example, Rep A whose office is in Colorado, also manages, Oklahoma, Wyoming, Kansas & Missiouri. However, his physical office is 123 Main St. Denver, CO. Is there a way for Rep A to appear in a search of Oklahoma, Wyoming, Kansas, etc?

    You can

    1) Create additional listings for each area or
    2) Use the Franchise addon to enable your agents to add additional service areas (plus, they only need to update some info once)

    Thanks Alex. With the Franchise Manager I noticed that I would have to use Address. Can I just use the states? For example, the main office is in Seattle but travel and responsibility for Oregon, Montana, Idaho, Utah? How would I do that?

    Hello!

    Street Address is always required for adding a listing, but you don’t have to display it.

    Once you have some sample listings up, you can take a look at hiding the street portion with CSS or removing it from he front end display completely:
