Need help while adding new fields for add listings forms.

Hi Team,
I am getting some errors while adding some fields in a new custom post type, Below are the errors what i am getting while doing that.

1st Error: Column creation failed, you may have too many columns or the default value does not match with field data type.
2nd error: Field key name MUST be unique, duplicate field detected, please fix and re-save.

I also found few support tickets for the same error one of them is listed below.

It seems to be a known issue to GeoDirectory team.

Please advise what should be changed in database, also sending you a screenshot of our database manager i am using cloudways. I tried to add fields which are highlighted, there is something which i noticed is gd_ind_business is not saved while tried to add those columns.

Please advise what should be done in this case.
