Katie, is it only just the one listing doing this? If that is the case, it must be something particular to the listing, it would be strange that only one listing gets affected because of some plugin conflict.
I can see the listing and the invoice date are about a month apart, but I doubt that would be a problem too.

I would suspect GoDaddy’s caching system, so I cleared all GoDaddy’s caches. I’ll keep an eye on the listing too.

Alex, if you do not add locations in the URLs, then the breadcrumbs to the locations disappear. In Australia, Google treats every suburb as a different city, which often makes using locations in the URLs not really the best idea.

Hi Katie, we spotted the problem.
The date format was wrong when you added the listing manually, it needs to be YYYY-MM-DD, not DD-MM-YYYY.
Every time the expiry check runs, it will set it to draft if the date is wrong.
    I fixed it [fingers crossed].

    Thanks

Arrghhh, such a simple thing – thank you for fixing it, Guust.
Did anyone have any luck getting to the bottom of the problem with the recurring dates in the “add listing” section?
    Thank you,
    Katie

Hi Katie, sorry but I never spotted the other issue. I’ll get a developer to have a closer look for you.

    Hi Katie,

I looked into your site and seems something conflicts with saving event schedules from front end.

Please provide FTP credentials, so we can look into more.

    Thanks,
    Kiran

There was a minor bug in saving event with draft status. We have fix in plugin also, so don’t worry about future updates. 🙂
