New user registration, user login, add listing are not working

    Hello team,

    I think I am facing some issues with the permalinks. When I tried to register a new user, it takes me to an error page stating “The requested URL /gd-login/ was not found on this server.”. The registration page is located at /index.php/gd-login/ ….. But still, I am not able to register any user going through /index.php/gd-login/ . Kindly please help me. Thanks in advance.

    Sounds like you have not set up the WP permalinks correctly, have a look at https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames

    Hi,

    I’m sorry about that, but it happens even if you disable our plugin, for example on the Sample Page that WordPress creates on install: http://35.164.3.164/sample-page/

    and on the hello world post: http://35.164.3.164/hello-world/

    That indicates a server issue, please ask for support to your hosting provider.

    Hi,

    if you disable all plugins and use the default theme you get the same errors.

    If the server can’t run basic WordPress features, it can’t run any plugin or premium themes properly.

    You should get professional help from someone that provide support for server administration.

    This has nothing to do with the applications. You are probably missing some PHP module or it could even be due to files and folders permissions.

    As I said, it is not my field of expertise at all.
