Ninja Forms not loading

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Hi,

    I added the GD Ninja forms to my listing sidebar. When i click on the button, the form doesn’t load.

    Please check the widget settings.

    Make sure you have selected your GeoDirectory Contact form.

    If you haven’t made one of those yet, first make one, and then go back to the widget settings and select it from the form selection.

    You should make sure you have used the email field with the key “email” and the listing where you test the button should have an email entered.

    There is a loading spinner in the modal (popup).

    Try disabling that loading spinner to see the form underneath it.

    In the next version of GD we have added an option to display the form without the popup. That will be released really soon.
