No license key fields on plugin page

    I purchased a one year subscription as renewal but after going through a process several times to enter keys on the plugin page, no luck. I tried with Advanced Search, Events and Geodirectory plugins.

    cleared cache
    deactivated plugin
    refreshed plugin page
    license key field doesn’t show up

    Is that the correct process? Anything else I should be doing?

    Do I also need to enter my new membership key in WPAdmin/Geodirectory/Extensions/Membership? Just trying to clarify if it’s my system or some requirement by GD that is preventing me from entering that new key.
