The zoom on your homepage works for me with the + and – signs.
If you want to zoom with your mouse, enable “Enable mouse scroll zoom ?” at Appearance > Widgets > GD Home Top Section > Gmap Home widget.

I am not sure why your map does not work in the backend, but it could be plugin conflict.
If we need to check your settings, post your WP admin details in a private reply.

    Thanks

    Hi Sebastian,

I’ve just checked your Website and the Google Map seems to load fine on my end http://prntscr.com/e28db4 . However, I’m getting some console errors when inspected that page. This could be caused by a conflict with a third party plugin. Could you try disabling all non-gd plugins and see if it works better? Also, refer to this screenshot as it shows you how to enable map zoom http://prntscr.com/e28eph

    Thanks!
