    Hi,

There seems to be an issue with my site regarding once you enter a postcode it comes up with no records shown – this should work as it works for our initial search.

    Here is the website :

It looks like you have changed permalinks or slugs somewhere, your category links are all wrong:

Let us know if you cannot fix it, and post your WP admin details in a private reply.

    Thanks

    Hello,

It looks like the Near search field used to search for locations and zip/postal codes has been hidden with CSS. Try restoring the field and use that to search “near” a postcode.

Like Alex says, the only field you are not hiding is the normal search field that only searches titles, categories, tags and listing description. This is the CSS you have that hides the location search:

    .gd-search-input-wrapper.gd-search-field-near {display: none;}

Please update your GD plugin, remove all customizations, and then de-activated any plugins you are not using.
Then let us know how you went.

All your correct links are here: http://ggf2.slx.tech/aaa-2/

    Hello,

the near search field must be visible for it to be used. You will need to unhide the field. Once you have done that you can attempt the search and let us know if there is a problem with the results.

    Hi

Were you inside the WordPress backend? Currently, it is showing 500 error.

We have a backup but need to know whether you attempted to make changes.

We run AWS infrastructure so for SSH/SFTP access to the server you will need to provide us with a suitable Public Key.

    Thank you,

Thank you, the developer has been alerted and will take a look when he gets back to the office.
