Not allowing text in the place description box

I am able to add everything else, but there’s no cursor and I can’t type in the place description box. I’ve had this hang up a couple of times when trying to add a listing. And sometimes the box totally compresses so there is no text area. I go between visual and text, but it won’t allow the cursor to write. Only sometimes. It’s glitchy.

Any recommendations?
