    I created an event from another user account – Jeremy Parzen – and I received the user email, but did not received the admin bcc copy.

    Any ideas?

    There are a number of BCC emails in the log. I am not sure exactly which one you might be missing but I do see an Admin BCC sent to you for a post submission.

    If the emails are being added to the log then this is either an issue of your host trashing SPAM or your email client.

    Check your email and look in the spam folder. You can also try customizing those emails so they have more unique information in them. We definitely recommend changing the text “Website Enquiry” to avoid the SPAM filters.

    @Ron,

    if you have the EMail in this EMail log means that with PHP mail() function worked, but this does not mean that the email left the server. Please check with your admin the mail queue if there are still mails inside the queue. Also the maillog should give the answer why the mail is not delivered.
    I had the problem on one page where the destination mail server did not like to talk to my mail server due to their security settings (wrong Reverse DNS settings). SPF and DKIM should also be used to help delivery to a very strict mail server.

    Best,
    Dirk
