Hi there, I downloaded the core plugin a week or so ago and set up some test places etc and decided to upgrade so I can use multi-location but I am not seeing how to add locations within the console. I only see “Set Default Location”.

I also downloaded the core manager thinking maybe this needs upgrading as well. I noticed there is a link for GeoDirectory under Dashboard but when I click this it just gives me a “service is currently unavailable”.

Can someone please shed some light on what I am doing wrong here?
    Thanks
    Greg

    Hi Greg,

Thanks for your post. Did you follow the installation steps here? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/installing-addons/ . If you’re still lost, share your WP admin access in private reply and we’ll check on it.

    Thanks!

    Hello there,

you had installed the V2 of Location Manager. Some of our plugins have new versions that are only compatible with V2 of GeoDirectory.

I have deleted that and installed the V1 for you.

Try it now and let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks Alex, that seems to have resolved the issue. I am sure I will have more questions as I start to integrate this into the website!
    Regards
    Greg
