Did you make the first page with GD Listings?
In GD Listings there is an option to filter events to show only upcoming.

Let us know if we need to check the settings.

I think the site was created with Event Plugin. This is “Events — Events Page”
    with this code:

    [gd_listings post_type=”gd_event” add_location_filter=”0″ post_limit=’9′  layout=”3″  sort_by=’count’ event_type=”upcoming” view_all_link=”1″ hide_empty=’true’ with_pagination=”1″ cpt_ajax=’false’ hide_count=’true’ sort_by=’count’ max_level=’1′ max_count=’all’ max_count_child=’all’ no_cpt_filter=’false’ no_cat_filter=’false’ ]

    event_type=”upcoming” is including

Try using the shortcode builder to create the shortcode as you want it.

If that doesn’t work, please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply so we can check the settings.

Look, the code above is from builder.
I have tried different variation with shortcode builder, but there old events are stil listed. I have treid with type=”upcoming” and also with event_type=”upcoming”

    [gd_listings post_type=”gd_event” event_type=”upcoming” post_limit=”9″ sort_by=”upcoming” title_tag=”h3″ layout=”3″  view_all_link=”1″ bottom_pagination=”1″ hide_if_empty=”1″]

/events/ is from GD. /events-directory/ is from a different plugin. It is not a GD archive page so GD Loop will not work correctly, there. GD Listings, should, but I recommend you try it outside that page or disable the other plugin to un-confuse matters.

Oh, thank you. This works on a new page.
But when I cklick on “all events” I stil land on original GD site /events/ and this site has no footer.
I have different CPT but all of them have no footer
    https://www.lifemasters.de/webinare/
    https://www.lifemasters.de/live-masters/
    https://www.lifemasters.de/events/
I tried different Site Templates, non of them brings the footer.

How can I enable Footer on the GD Archive (Listing Overview) site?

Yes, Supreme does not have a footer on the archive pages. Adding it requires your own customization.
