package pricing and description do not show

    I’ve added package description and package pricing yet neither show when you go to Add a Listing. Only the package title shows as demonstrating in this short screen cast:

    Why do not package descriptions and pricing not show?

    Thanks for your post. Could you please check and see if you’ve set it as “Is Active?” as explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/places/packages/ . If the issue persists, share your Website WP admin access here in private reply and we’ll look into for you asap!

    I am not sure where the package description is supposed to show.
    To add the price etc on the frontend on the Add Listing page, you will have to add it to the Title of the package.
    I’ll get a developer to have a look after the weekend too, to explain when the description possibly is used.

    Hello Yael,

    Currently package description is not displayed on frontend.

    We have reasons to add package description field in add/edit package form.
    – In past customers asked for field to use package description for customization.
    – In future it can be used in pricing table.
