    Hello,

Have you been over the documentation? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs-v2/addons/claim/
Setting the pricing manager to use Woo as the gateway is the main thing.

Yea, first thing I did was heading to documentation. But I didn’t find information that Invoicing plugin must be enabled if I want to use woocommerce cart to pay for claimed listings.

My Invoicing plugin was disabled as I am using woocommerce cart and it worked fine when submitting new paid listings. But with Invoicing plugin disabled I can’t claim listings. After clicking “send” on claim form, nothing happens. Accidentally I remembered that Invoicing plugin is disabled so I enabled it and now I can pay for claims via woocommerce.

Maybe it is stated on documentation and I misread it as I am overtired atm.

Anyways thank you for your time Stiofan.

Which claim form are you using?
Did you make sure to set which packages can be claimed (inside each package)?
Is the package claim showing on the form?
Provide WP Admin credentials and login URL in a private reply if we need to check the settings.

    Hi Alex,

I am using default claim form. Everything is setted up correctly, package is shown on claim form. I just didn’t know Invoicing plugin must be enabled. After I enabled Invoicing plugin, everything works fine. Thank you.

Invoicing is not required. You only need one cart, and in the GD settings, as Stiofan mentioned above, you just choose the cart you want to use.

Let us know how it goes

So it must be a bug. Please check a video.

    Review the setting at

    GD, Pricing, Show Advanced, Cart

Make sure you chose Woo there.

If you did and it still doesn’t work we can take a look, just include WP Admin in a private reply.
