    Hi.

Now I have started to get a couple of customers on my directory but the first 2 had problems.
When they finished the payment they got a messaged from my website that they place had been cancelled (that is what the customer says)
I went into the admin and moved them from draft to publish and all was good.
What do I need to change so that is goes smoothly?

    – Second Question.
What do I do with the invoices (see picture) do I need to move the from pending to confirmed or will the system do that automatically after the 90 days (I have set them to 3 months free)?

    Best regards Lars Kruse

    Hi,

    1) I don’t think they could ever get such a message. I think it’s more likely possible that the transaction has been cancelled and the payment didn’t go through. Did you verify if you received the money?

    2) If the invoice is pending the payment didn’t go thourgh, see answer to question n1.

    Let us know,

    Thanks

Are you 100% sure that your Stripe setup is correct? https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/stripe-payment-gateway-add-on-overview/
