    Hello Support,

    Please check my account.
In April, we had debate about the renewal.
I renewed (I think I did it this time under the every year renewal).

I haven’t touched the site since then, and cant remember what or where I was busy with things.

So, now I am busy updating the wordpress add on, updates, etc.

I am going to press update now,

I do see that I have two active accounts…I am just using the “old” one.

Is there anything that needs to be corrected? as I see two active accounts?

Also, is there a phone number or email for these type of queries… or is it still forum support only?

Basically I am checking if I have to do anything?

    Hello again support,

Mmm, yes there is an issue.

the core plugin updated, but the add on’s wont.. says unauthorised.

The invoicing and the invoicing quotes both updated.

How do I sort this out?

    Hello!

If you renewed, then keys would not have changed.

If not, then there will be new keys displayed in your account.
    https://wpgeodirectory.com/your-account/

You are listed as a full member, so you ca go to the My Account -> Downloads page and grab the keys there.

For each addon, click the license, select deactivate, confirm, then add your new license and activate.

No, if you have been issued new license keys, you will need to use those new keys, and they won’t mess up your site.
