We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    I developed my clients website with a different domain name, and when we ported everything over to the new website I noticed all the plugins won’t update for me. can you help?

    When you change domain you need to de-activate and re-activate all licenses, so the system registers the new domain.

    OK, thanks. Also does my client need to be a member of GeoDirectory and pay each year to remain active?
