    Please help…

    I’m a third time license purchaser and overall Iv’e been happy with the time your plugin saves me. Recently the pages in the title of this post stopped working and before updating WordPress. I’ve disabled all plugins and just renewed my license to update everything in hopes it would fix my problem. I’ve read posts about recreating all pages, but can’t seem to find the steps to accomplish that.

    I’m still getting just a Blank Screen when trying to load this page: add-listing/?listing_type=gd_place

    and when this page: /preview-listing

    Will someone still follow up on this post?

    Hello,

    That is a 500 server error.

    Please try disabling non-GD plugins to see which one is causing the conflict.

    I recommend starting with WP Smush as this plugin is known to cause issues. https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/known-issues/#images

    Please consider disabling site cache while you work on the site.

    Hello,

    I am unable to connect with FTP. Please verify the credentials and repost them so we can take a deeper look.

    I am still unable to discover the issue, though I can see some errors in the console. Even when resolved the page still doesn’t load completely. It does load partially, though.

    Please check the FTP and let us know.
