You can use WP Easy Updates to update your GD Plugins:

The other ones, we don’t know how or if you are using them, but if you aren’t then you can delete them.

WP Permalinks must be set to postnames: https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/basic-installation/#postnames
GD Permalinks are explained here https://wpgeodirectory.com/docs/core-permalinks/
Once set correctly, they should not be changed.

You can safely delete any plugin you do not use. De-activate first, then delete.

You should not delete or de-activate WP Easy Updates, that is required to make sure your plugins stay up to date.
You can de-activate and then delete Buddypress Integration if you do not use Buddypress.
