Problem with updating

    I was following Siofhans video to upgrade from V1 to V2.
    I was at point of upgrading core (no problem).
    Then when trying to update add ons. Wouldnt process.
    Get message update failed. Details: licence expired.
    Tried taking the different licence key (from account)and activating one of the plugins (advanced search)… tells me licence is invalid.
    I now have all the screens open and cannot continue.

    This will have something to do with when my previous licence was cancelled at geo directory. I have indictade previously this will be a problem.
    There was also a request for a second renewal this year (i only have one site with geodirectory on it…the first one i bought was unlimited sites(1st geodirectory). The second renewal was cancelled at geo directory. As i had just renewed the geo directory, when i received the email saying i needed to renew.
    I dont know how to continue or ensure that my geo directory is correct and retain correct licence codes for correct addons.

    Can someone help me please?

    Hello,

    What happens when you deactivate the license on your site, then refresh the page, then paste in the new license from your account on this site?

    Went out and in and took licence key from my downloads for advanced search. Wont reactivate with that key tells me licence key invalid

    But the key is listed as active in your account here on the site?

    Could we take a look at your site? Just to make sure it isn’t an issue with WP Easy Updates.

    Please share WP Admin credentials in a private reply with a link to the login page.
