Ratings and reviews don't post correctly

We have moved to a support ticketing system and our forums are now closed.

    Ratings and reviews don’t post correctly.
    Permalinks are setup to site.com/places/<name of place>
    When I review an item that review takes me to a 404 page, the link is: site.com/<name of place>/comment-page-1/#comment-134914

    I’ve tried changing the link manually to: site.com/places/<name of place>/comment-page-1/#comment-134914

    But still no luck.
    However, when reloading the review tab for the place, the review shows up, but no stars are recorded in the average stars, and it shows ‘0 reviews’

    I’ve tried changing permalink settings as well as clearing site cache, but it still has this behavior.

    Can you help?

    Comments are only counted as reviews if they have a rating.
    Count failures can be tied to other issues. Check cache and make sure cron is working. We can examine the site and the issue.

    Can you share a page so we can see the issue?

    When you say “…that review takes me to” I am trying to picture that. Do you mean when you submit the review?

    If we need to check the site please do make a private reply with WP Admin and FTP so we can debug.

    Hello,

    the developers have been alerted.

    We haven’t heard about this error from other members so it may be unique to your site, potentially a conflict with another plugin.

    Have you tried a conflict test already? You mentioned in another topic that you had some server settings prohibiting GD from loading, might those apply to comments as well?

    Last I heard Kleo isn’t ready for GDV2 yet. Have you tried changing themes to see if it works in another theme like twentysixteen? Have you also checked with the author about the issue with GDV2 comments?

    Hello Vanessa,

    It looks like one of your plugin conflicts with the GeoDirectory review system.

    Please try to disable no-GD plugin one by one to find which plugin conflicts.
    OR
    Provide us FTP credentials to look into more.
